As from Thursday 17th July we will be at Swadlincote Town Hall.

This gentle exercise is great for those that haven't exercised in a while, people with mobility issues and those that just want an hour our to relax and do something for themselves, as well as meeting new people and becoming part of a welcoming community.

I'm after some help. I have been asked to see if I can organise some therapists for a carers day at St George's Park on Friday 2nd May. It would be on a voluntary basis but you can bring your marketing material to advertise yourself and hopefully gain some clients and make new connections.
It's always good to give back to the community and especially carers who give so much of themselves.
Please let me know if you are interested. I'm looking for 3 to 4 therapists.
