Welcome to Free Counselling Norfolk. This is a Counselling Service for Young People, aged 17+, Adults, NHS Frontline Workers, Senior Citizens and those who have suffered trauma and abuse in their childhood. I am also a Dissociative Identity Disorder Friendly Therapist.
I am an Integrative Psycotherapist who is interested in using the Creative Arts as part of my toolkit when providing support for the clients I work with. My service adheres to the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy and their Ethical Framework for Counselling and Psychotherapy.
I can offer short, medium and long term interventions that are tailored to my clients requirements. I offer an initial assessment of 1.5 hours this is so we can decide together if I am the right person to support you.
My practice is fully accessible to those with disabilities and I myself have lived experience of Cerebral Palsy Spastic Quadriplegia, Dissociative Identity Disorder and Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.

My service is complete free to access and use, however if we decide to work together you may if you choose make a financial contribution towards the materials used during our sessions or as recognition of the value of the work undertaken. The financial contribution is not obligatory and does not effect the service or the quality of the support you are given.
