Unfortunately the time has come for this little beauty 🫣.... little side note, this is not a dig at people I have spoken to today 🤣.
CANCELLATION POLICY!
As a Foot Health Practitioner, I strive to provide the highest level of care to all clients. Appointment times are reserved exclusively for you, and late cancellations or missed appointments impact both my practice and other clients who may be waiting for treatment.
To ensure fairness and efficiency, the following cancellation policy applies:
Notice of Cancellation
• Clients are required to provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice should they wish to cancel or reschedule their appointment.
Late Cancellations
• Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of their treatment fee.
Failure to Attend
• Clients who fail to attend their appointment without providing notice may be charged the full appointment fee.
New Client Bookings
• All new clients are required to pay 50% of the treatment fee at the time of booking due to this being a longer appointment time to secure their appointment. This payment will be deducted from the final balance at the appointment.
• Should the appointment be cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, this deposit will be non-refundable.
Repeated Cancellations
• Where there are repeated cancellations or non-attendance, the practitioner reserves the right to request advance payment for future appointments or, in certain cases, to decline further bookings.
Practitioner Cancellations
• In the unlikely event that I must cancel or reschedule an appointment, clients will be notified at the earliest opportunity, and an alternative appointment will be offered. No fees will be charged in such circumstances.
