My lovely regular popped in for her routine nose & chin top-up — keeping that profile balanced and beautifully defined.

No drastic changes, no overfilling — just a little finesse to maintain her natural harmony. A subtle lift here, a gentle tweak there… and she’s good to go for another 9–12 months.

𝐄𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐨𝐥𝐯𝐞

Here we electively dissolved some stubborn nodules of filler that had migrated to above my client’s lip following her lip filler treatment at another clinic.

The bottom pictures are 2 weeks after the first injections using hyaluronidase (the enzyme used to dissolve filler).

There was the lumps you can see clearly when she pulls ‘that face’, but it had also migrated just above the vermillion border of her lip and into her Cupids bow. There were little nodules of filler in her wet/dry border too.

More than one session of dissolving is sometimes needed, for example if:
> There’s large amounts of filler in the lips.
> Filler integration - If the filler has become integrated into the surrounding tissue, it may require multiple treatments to break it down.
> Nodules or lumps
> Variations in how individual bodies respond to the hyaluronidase.

This lovely lady reported no swelling to her lips following this treatment, however lips particularly can swell for 24 hours after - so plan your dissolve timing wisely!

Results are usually fairly immediate but the final result can be seen 2 weeks later.

You would usually be advised to return to the place you got the filler, however we are aware sometimes this isn’t possible.
