We’re back at Swaffham Assembly Rooms on January 14th! Looking forward to continuing dancing together for the foreseeable future 💃🕺

The last Zumba class of 2024 is this Tuesday, making it 10 YEARS since I became a Zumba instructor 😳💃

No class has ever been perfect in terms of remembering every move, but they have always been full of enjoyment just being active for an hour! Thank you so much to everyone who has joined me over the last 10 years 😁

Song request night on Tuesday and some Christmas dressed spirit if you can 🎅🏻 🎄

We return to the Assembly Rooms on 14th January, as there is maintenance work happening early on in the year!

Ahead of National Fitness Day tomorrow we danced, wiggled and laughed for an hour at Zumba tonight 💃🕺

We’re in the Swaffham Assembly rooms every Tuesday evening, 7-8pm 😅

Tomorrow is National Fitness Day - the UK's biggest celebration of health and fitness! The theme for 2024 is ‘Your Health is for Life’, which has been carried over from 2023 as it holds a powerful message that can resonate with us all!

Here at Active Norfolk we enjoy working with so many providers, clubs, and communities to help get Norfolk moving more! National Fitness Day is no longer about exercising at just that one moment in time, but about the longevity in taking small steps towards a lifestyle which can both protect and improve your health 🤩
