I’m moving!

As most of you will know, over the past year I have been studying for an MSc in Sport Rehabilitation and Therapy. I am delighted to say that I have recently graduated with distinction!

I am happy to announce that I will be beginning a new journey full-time with Physio Fitness from January as a sports therapist and rehabilitation specialist.

This means I will be moving on from The Bay in Swanage, but I can always be contacted for private appointments. Attached are the hours I will be opening over December at The Bay.

Physio Fitness is a truly phenomenal team of therapists with the facilities to match, allowing every client to be given the level of care they need and deserve. Their integrated rehabilitation area allows me to be part of a team which offers a rounded approach to both injury rehabilitation and performance enhancement. These are some of the best facilities in the south, with shockwave, k-laser and MBST cell regeneration technology available for clients.

I hope you can all follow me on this journey and I appreciate everyone’s loyalty and support over the past three years.

What a weekend! 👩🏼‍🏫
Happy to have passed the UEFA Pitch-side Trauma (FDEP) course ✅. (ITMMIF equivalent).

A brilliantly insightful and educational course offered by Wales FA.

We were assessed on life and limb threatening injuries - spinal injury and extraction, head and concussion injuries, sudden Cardiac arrest, MEAPs, airway management and oxygen therapy.

This course is accredited by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons (Glasgow).

So, who wants me on their team? 👀

I am pleased to announce that Elite Motion will be re-opening and ready to treat all of your aches and pains from Monday 12th April 💪🏻!

As some of you know, I have been lucky enough to continue studying for a Masters in Sports Rehabilitation and Therapy throughout lockdown. With this, I have gained lots of knew knowledge and skills which I can’t wait to bring to the massage table 💆‍♀️

I will be fully vaccinated from COVID-19 by mid April, and can assure to maintain a high standard of hygiene when re-opening.
My updated price list is attached.

I am excited to get back to treating you all and look forward to seeing all of my lovely clients from the 12th after a year of unpredictability!

Due to England returning to lockdown, I will be closed from tomorrow until Thursday 3rd December (subject to change).

Thank you for being understanding and flexible during the last few months - I love what I do and the support has been overwhelming in these times.

⚠️⚠️IMPORTANT NOTICE⚠️⚠️

The Government is due to issue a statement on 4th July about reopening of massage businesses. I am hoping this will give me the go ahead to get up and running again!

In line with current advice, I have taken some World Health Organisation courses to ensure the safety of myself and my clients.

I have made the decision to take provisional bookings from Monday 6th July and will keep you all updated if anything changes.
