We are looking for another amazing, creative, and energetic person to join our fantastic, experienced and supportive team as a Community Support Worker!

You must have a 'can -do' attitude, be educated to at least NVQ Level 2 but preferably Level 3, and have a genuine desire to support and empower fabulous adults with learning disabilities and/or who are neuro-diverse to achieve their life goals and aspirations!
We are looking for flexible, hard working and caring individuals preferably with experience of supporting people with additional needs, who live in Purbeck, and enjoy working as part of a team!
Part-time member of staff needed: Monday - Friday 9-12 noon in Wareham. Access to a car with a full driving licence is essential for this role. Possibility of further hours for right candidate.
Bank staff needed
The roles also include paid training/ staff meeting 4.30-6.30pm on a Monday evening twice a month which is not negotiable!
We are open Monday to Friday between the hours of 8.30am - 4.30pm with varied starting and finishing times within our opening hours for bank staff.
We take the safety of the vulnerable adults we work with very seriously, and all staff and volunteers who work with Allsort'd are subject to an Enhanced DBS Check and reference checks prior to starting.
