The Thermalist Method is more than just hot and cold.. It’s about using your body’s natural systems to optimise health. Whether you want to reduce stress, boost metabolism, or sharpen mental clarity, this method offers a proven, science-based path to better wellbeing.

This event combines the healing power of cold exposure and sauna heat in one guided practice, giving you a strong foundation into the protocol and practices of the Thermalist approach.

Expect guided sauna and sea sessions and practical techniques as you discover the approach, protocol and practice of this amazing therapy. Finish off this amazing session with delicious coffee and cake from Carve.

“Last night’s Louise ritual was pure magic ✨🌿🔥
We were gently whisked with fragrant birch and maple and then polished with Louise’s gorgeous homemade scrubs—this coupled with the heat of the sauna, the steam, the refreshing sea and great people made us a really lovely experience.
