Completed four Neuroflexology sessions for Wellbeing Link, Dartford last week. It was lovely to see some regular attendees and meet some new people too who received treatment.. I always appreciate the interest shown in Neuroflexology.

Gave a short talk with PowerPoint presentation at Wellbeing Link, Dartford on Friday on Neuroflexology, a 'less is more' treatment that takes less than 10 minutes to apply. It was lovely to see people from when I did my voluntary work there several years ago as well as some new faces. Look forward to working with you all for 4 sessions over the next couple of months. Let's see what Neuroflexology can do for you.

Wellbeing Link offers advice and Complementary Therapy for those with life threatening conditions AND their family/carers. There are activities, day trips and a speaker with wellbeing in mind on Friday mornings, and of course there's always a welcoming cup of tea/coffee with biscuits waiting for you.

Enjoyed my time at the Wellbeing Link Christmas Fayre on Saturday. Gave full treatments in less than 10 minutes. Some were trying Neuroflexology for the first time and some were returners, each giving positive responses. When having treatment in these circumstances it's important to have a rest period of one hour with your feet up when you get home. 👣
Did some Christmas shopping too as the stalls were great!

Metamorphic Technique - a chance to unravel yourself and release blockages that were created within you whilst you were in the womb. This helps you connect with who you really are. A client this week found her stress levels came down very quickly after MT.

I've had experience of using this technique on children with emotional and behavioural difficulties, autism, ADHD and had some amazing results, and with adults too.

It's recommended not to have any other therapies including homeopathy in the seven days after having MT to keep the response pure.

Unlike other therapies, it's down to you to decide when you want a session of MT and this empowers you.

I'll be at the Wellbeing Link Christmas Pamper Event on Saturday 22nd November offering Neuroflexology. A full treatment will be given in your 20 minute time slot for £16.
You will need to rest at home for an hour afterwards to give you time to respond to the treatment. This 'less is more' treatment may benefit anxious states and joint problems although it may help with other conditions as well. Ideal in these stressful times now that the cold and damp winter months are approaching. You can book in advance (see poster) or turn up.on the day. Look forward to seeing you there as this is a popular venue for me. ✨🌞 ✨
