Balancing Harmony: Reflexology, Massage and Aromatherapy Hi, I am Emma, a holistic therapist and registered nurse offering Reflexology, Aromatherapy and Massage from my garden room in the lovely village of Swanmore.

I am a VCTC level 4 qualified therapist in both Reflexology and Aromatherapy. I am based within Wickham but can provide a mobile service cover the the Meon Valley, Wickham, Botley, Fareham, Portchester, Portsmouth, Waterlooville.Reflexology is a non intrusive complementary therapy suitable for all ages which is based on the theory that different points on the feet, hands, face or ears correspond with different areas of the body.It may help improve mood and sleep patterns, it may also aid relaxation and the release of tension. It may also improve wellbeing.Reflexology supports the whole person and each treatment is individually tailored. Massage has many benefits including improved circulation, improving lymphatic drainage, improved sense of well being and of course Aromatherapy massage is very relaxing! As an aromatherapist, I use bespoke blended essential oils during my treatments and can provide aromatherapy blends to use between treatments according to your individual needs.

My Story

Hi, I am Emma, a Clinical hypnotherapist (DipCAH, HPD, CPHE) and VCTC level 4 qualified therapist in both Reflexology, Aromatherapy and Massage. I am currently providing Reflexology and Aromatherapy from Wickham Wellness studio however, I can provide a mobile service for reflexology if required.

Clinical Hypnotherapy is a powerful but gentle therapy allowing positive change to occur through the use of careful suggestion while you remain deeply relaxed. During hypnotherapy nothing can happen without you wanting it to and you always remains in control. Hypnotherapy can help with stress, anxiety, performance, sports, weight loss, fear, pain and much more. Reflexology is a non intrusive complementary therapy suitable for all ages which is based on the theory that different points on the feet, hands, face or ears correspond with different areas of the body. Reflexology has many benefits and can improve mood and sleep patterns, aids relaxation and the release of tension. Reflexology supports the whole person and each treatment is individually tailored and I as an aromatherapist, I can use a bespoke blend of essential oils if needed to personalise the treatment.

Massage has many benefits including improved circulation, improving lymphatic drainage, improved sense of well being and of course Aromatherapy massage is very relaxing!
