I often notice students coming to class feeling tense or overwhelmed. I see it in myself too. Even just a few minutes on the mat can completely change how I feel.

Focusing on the breath, moving gently, and giving yourself space to pause can make you feel lighter and calmer. These small moments of practice build over time and help you face the week with more clarity and ease.

Yoga is not about perfection or long hours. It is about showing up for yourself, even in small ways, and letting your body and mind find balance.
