Hey! I'm Sophie and I am an integrative person centred counsellor. This means that I do not follow a single approach to counselling, and draw on different approaches that I think would be most beneficial to you and welcome any input you may have into this.

I know that this time of year can be difficult for some for all different reasons and can be incredibly lonely, so this could be a great time to reach out and talk to someone. You don’t have to do it alone ☺️

I am currently only working online, so can offer telephone or video sessions.

I completely understand that the idea of counselling can be daunting and the idea of opening up to a counsellor may feel scary, but after a session or two, I hope that these feelings will be replaced with ones of hope and safety. I am currently only working online, so can offer long or short term telephone or video sessions.
