Weather your spending today curled up on the sofa in your favourite christmas jumper or your heading down to the beach for a sauna, we're wishing you a Christmas full of warmth, laughter and good festive energy.

And if anyone's feeling like they'd love a bit of company or some extra warmth today, we still have a few communal spaces available.

You can book online, or if it's last minute just give us a call - online slots close 3 hours in advance but we'll do our best to fit you in.

🎅 Be sure to book your spot early so you don't miss out on a festive sauna session on the beach this winter with family or friends. Why not swap your Christmas day walk for a sauna and swim? Or add to a sauna to your boxing day dip? 🌊🏊‍♂️

🗓 We will be open every day from December 18th to January 5th, with our usual hours of 8am to 8pm. (closed between the 15th to 17th)
