Some lovely feedback from a participant:

"I started going to this art class three sessions in and I was really anxious at first because I missed the first two but then meeting Alison immediately put me ease. I have really enjoyed learning to do the different things we have done so far and I look forward to what we are going to do next. I have found new things that I enjoy that I never would have thought of trying before this class. Going to this class has also really helped my mental health by giving me an outlet to express myself. Learning to make these different things has been good for my self esteem and gives me something I can keep to remember these class that I have enjoyed.

I also became friends with another girl in the class and we have already met for coffee. As a young person, it's hard meeting people your own age and it can be isolating when you struggle with health issues like I do, and I know a lot of young people in the same position of feeling isolated but groups like this tackles that isolation and supports the community in many ways."
