At Joio Casllwchwr, we believe children thrive when they feel safe, calm and truly valued. Our hygge approach focuses on:

Wrth i’r flwyddyn ddod i ben, hoffem ddweud diolch o galon am flwyddyn wirioneddol wych gyda’r holl blant. Mae wedi bod yn bleser ac yn fraint fawr gofalu amdanynt bob dydd.

Diolch yn fawr i’n holl deuluoedd am ein dewis ni ac am eich cefnogaeth barhaus drwy’r flwyddyn – mae’n golygu’r byd i ni.

Diolch o galon hefyd i’n tîm anhygoel am eich holl waith caled, ymroddiad, caredigrwydd a gofal. Fydden ni ddim yn gallu gwneud hyn heboch chi.

Ac yn olaf, diolch yn fawr am yr holl gardiau, geiriau caredig a’r anrhegion hyfryd – maen nhw’n cael eu gwerthfawrogi’n fawr iawn.

As the year comes to an end, we want to say how grateful we are for such a wonderful year with all of the children. It has truly been a pleasure and a privilege to care for them each day.

Thank you to all our families for choosing us and for your continued support throughout the year – it means more to us than you know.

A huge thank you to our amazing team for all your hard work, dedication, kindness, and care. We couldn’t do this without you.

🍽️ We’re Hiring: Nursery Cook 👩‍🍳👨‍🍳

Are you looking for a job that fits in around school hours? We’re looking for a Nursery Cook to join our friendly team!

Hours:
🕘 9:00am – 2:00pm or
🕤 9:30am – 2:30pm
(Monday–Friday)

About the Role:
You’ll be preparing nutritious meals and snacks for our children in a warm, welcoming nursery environment.

No experience needed – full training will be provided ✅
This role would suit:

Parents/carers returning to work

Someone looking for part-time hours

Anyone who enjoys cooking and working as part of a team

For 2026, my childcare wish is that the world finally understands this simple truth:
Early years isn’t the start of education.
It IS education. 💗

It is where communication begins, where wellbeing is woven,
where emotional safety is built,
where curiosity takes root.

It’s where children learn how to trust, explore, imagine, and belong. 😍

And the people doing this work — in homes, nurseries, pre-schools,
and every setting in between — deserve recognition, investment,
and respect equal to the profound impact they have on children’s lives. 🙌

When we honour early years, we honour every future that begins there. 🌈🫶🏻❤️
