Use an Antmanjali moving mudra to build the connection between the third eye and heart space. Using rhythm and frequency from the sacred quartz crystal singing bowls and rainbow chalice our brainwaves can experience entrained. Powerfully tuned to the primordial sound of the universe. Down-shift normal waking consciousness to an alpha relaxed consciousness or even reach a theta meditative state. So much powerful guidance can lie here. Waves of soothing and harmonious vibrations will bathe and flow though us.
