Join me Wednesday for a super charged energetic sound experience to connect your heart to the transformative energy of a big and bright full moon. The Super Full Moon orbits closer to Earth in the astrological sign of Ta**us bringing heightened opportunity to release. We will perform a letting go ceremony to make space for introspection and new beginnings.

Aromatherapy oils with be diffused in the air on arrival, a specific blend applied to the pulse points and sweet mists of aromatic oils sprayed into the air intermittently throughout the sound bath for a deeply sensory journey. Aromatherapy is known to have a positive impact on emotional well-being, promote relaxation, reduce stress and anxiety and create balance. Feel peaceful, calm and nourished.

Lie back where you are invited to encounter and experience the therapeutic sounds of the crystal singing bowls as they fill the space. Deeply immerse and feel into the transformative and meditative sound frequencies.

Welcome to Astrology Seasons a monthly immersive sound experience which invites you into a powerful gateway to connect and align with cosmic energy.

The passage of the Sun through the wheel of the zodiac is a cycle believed to have been created, interpreted and used as guidance across ancient Babylonian and Egyptian cultures and continues to be used to this day. Each astrology season brings its own different energy and is know to influence our human experience.

We will open the evening, by learning about the astrology season to understand the gifts that it has to offer us. An activation ritual will connect our own inner world with the cosmic rhythms. Gain insights into personal growth in order to use this energy to navigate life more effectively and in flow to get the most out of life. We will then lay back in a restful sound bath intentionally curated to embody and resonate with the specific energy of the season. Closing with a gratitude blessing to the cosmos and ourselves.
