4 years ago I made an almighty leap, retrained my life to do something I love and have never looked back.
I will always have moments of doubt, uncertainty, should I have made these choices but at the end of it I’m still here and providing support to those who need it and enjoying every minute.
Huge thank you to all those who have trusted me with their aches and pains, to those who book in regularly and to the people who come in once, hopefully being part of your journey to whatever recovery you are seeking is a great feeling.
Massive shout out to all my family at Muscle Finesse Swansea, you make work feel like home.
