๐ Today is a New Day and here are some tips to stay motivated ๐
1. Donโt just measure success by pounds - measure it by inches lost; sizes lost; confidence gained; strength built etc. โ๏ธ๐ช๐ป
2. Donโt expect miracles in days.
Set yourself mini-targets. ๐ฏ
3. Go through your wardrobe and sell/donate all the clothes that are now too big for you.
This will make you realise how far youโve come, encourage you to keep going and, you get to buy some nice new clothes! ๐๐
4. Do this for yourself.
You have to be 100% committed and confident in yourself to succeed. ๐ซ
5. Experiment with healthy recipes, it can be fun! ๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฅ
6. Donโt skip meals or products as this may stall your weight loss.
Make sure you have all of your products as these have all of your essential vitamins and minerals when acting as a meal replacement. ๐ฆด๐
7. Take lots of frequent progress pictures.
Youโll be so glad that you did when you reach your goal weight and can use them to motivate others wanting to lose weight ๐ธ
8. Change how you see rewards. Donโt reward yourself with food. Choose things and experiences. ๐๐ ๐ฅ ๐
9. Donโt aim for a specific โgoal weightโ. Itโll make it extremely frustrating when itโs time to maintain and your weight fluctuates slightly. Instead see how you feel about yourself when you reach a certain size or weight.
10. Keep a journal of your weight loss journey. Use your 1:1 record card to track your progress. ๐๐ฑ
