Whether you’re navigating mental health challenges, substance use, actively in recovery, exploring recovery, or just need a safe space to talk — you are welcome here.
We believe in meeting people where they’re at, encouraging self-care, mutual support, safer choices, and respecting every individual’s journey.

We're a Mental Health, Harm Reduction and recovery focused Server, to help and support members with whatever they're going through

This group exists to shine a light on the real experiences people face when dealing with mental health services across Wales. Too often, individuals are ignored, dismissed, misdiagnosed, or left without adequate support and those stories deserve to be heard.
We are here to:
Expose systemic failures, neglect, and discrimination within Welsh mental health services
Share lived experiences (past or present)
Hold services and decision-makers accountable
Support one another through understanding and solidarity
Push for meaningful change, transparency, and better care across Wales
This is a safe space for honest discussion. We encourage respectful dialogue, evidence-based claims where possible, and personal stories shared in good faith.

We’ve created a petition on Change.org calling for a full investigation into Welsh mental health services and for meaningful, long-overdue change within the system.
Too many people have been ignored, dismissed, misdiagnosed, or left without adequate support when they needed help the most. This petition aims to bring attention to those experiences, hold services accountable, and push for improvements that prioritise dignity, safety, and proper care.
If you’re able to, please consider signing the petition linked below. Signing and sharing it genuinely helps the more signatures we gather, the harder it becomes for these issues to be ignored, and the greater the pressure on the Welsh Government to take action.
