Offering Honest, No-Pressure Advice

Recently, I visited a family who had suffered a bereavement. In the past, they had used another local funeral director, but this time, they felt they simply couldn’t afford to go back — the costs were just too high.

In talking with them, I also discovered they’d previously been sold something they didn’t actually need. It’s heartbreaking to think that, during such a vulnerable time, families might be pressured into unnecessary spending.

This is exactly why I offer free, no-obligation advice. Whether or not you choose my services, I believe everyone deserves clear, honest guidance without pressure or upselling. Funerals should be about dignity, not debt.
