Look at what Slimming World can achieve! One of my beautiful members Nikki from Briton Ferry.

Miserable in the heat, instead of soaking up the Spanish sunshine, Nikki Woodgate was having the holiday from hell. 😢

Weighing 17st 12lb and dressed in size 20 clothes, she hid in the apartment while her loved ones soaked up the sun and sangria. 🌅 🏖️

Nikki's life and weight spiralled to the point she didn't enjoy getting dressed and struggled to leave the house. 💔

At his heaviest, Graham would wake up gasping for air – leaving him constantly exhausted 😴. Turning to food for comfort, he says his eating was out of control, putting him in a vicious cycle.
