There are some flippin’ good additions in the bakery aisle at Iceland and The Food Warehouse 🥞😉. These golden, fluffy wholemeal pancakes – available in two flavours: Maple Syrup and Blueberry.

The best bit? One pancake counts as a Food Optimising fibre choice! 🙌. Perfect for a speedy breakfast, snack or even a sweet treat.

How amazing does he look so proud of him .

Especially as Ray is a baker for a supermarket chain but has been focused resilient and determined and is very close to target .He was absolutely overjoyed in October to go on a plane and not have to ask for an extender seatbelt .🤗 – come along to my group and take that first step ❤️.
