So today whilst teaching Reiki as always we spoke about the power of having an attitude of gratitude.
Waking up each day and being thankful for the things & the life we have.
This is something I myself have done each morning for many years.
YES even in bad times!
Its a way for reminding ourselves that life can sometimes be scary or sad but we always have something to be grateful for.
It can be little things, or big things .
My list goes something like this. Today im grateful for my health and the health of my family.
For having a roof over my head.
For the lush green hills where I live.
And so on.
It really does help you focus, and feel positive.
It also helps if there is something or somwhere you want to change. Do it ! See it!
Manifest the Life that You Desire.
The life you dream of begins with the thoughts you feed, the energy you carry, and the choices you make each day.
You do not have to have everything figured out right now.
You simply need to begin believing that you are worthy of peace, happiness, abundance, and love.
Manifesting is not just wishing upon the stars…
It is aligning your heart with your intentions.
It is healing what holds you back.
It is trusting your intuition.
And it is taking small, brave steps toward the life calling your name.
The Universe responds to energy.
Speak kindly to yourself.
Visualise your dreams.
Protect your peace.
Release what no longer serves you.
And make room for the magic that is meant for you.
Your future is not written in stone.
Every day is a new chance to create a life that feels aligned, authentic, and beautiful.
Trust the journey
Follow your intuition
Manifest with intention.
