No clear trauma does not mean nothing is wrong. Most pain we see does not come from one big event. It builds quietly over time.

Repetition, poor movement habits, and reduced load tolerance all add up. The body adaptsโ€ฆ until it cannot anymore. That is when pain shows up, often feeling like it came out of nowhere.
