Meet Sophia Jones, our pregnancy, sports and lymphatic massage therapist

Sophia is a Level 4 Sports Massage Therapist with training in sports massage, deep tissue work, pregnancy massage, lymphatic drainage, taping, and baby massage instruction. She has experience supporting a diverse range of clients, including athletes, office workers, pregnant clients, and elderly individuals.

She is with us Tuesday & Wednesday (other days by request).
