Had a great day today at the Pathways to work jobs fair in the Brangwyn Hall Swansea. Even though what would seem an unlikely occasion for Mindfulness it proved to be my most successful day networking. Thank you to all organisations and persons who came over for a chat

The past few weeks I have had severe pain in my lower back and hip. The pain was my whole focus. It was only when I realized that I had to stop fighting the pain and be more aware with compassion with myself everything started to change. The pain is still there but it is different. In a Mindfulness practice we learn to be at one with our flaws. With compassion while being non judgemental we can make our flaws seem less significant.
