You've been carrying more than you realize. You’ve been holding it together in ways no one has seen.

Give yourself some credit you're doing better than you think. You didn't sign up to carry all this alone.

It's okay to rest, recharge, and figure things out as you go. You're allowed to prioritize yourself, even when it feels like everyone else comes first.

Take a breath, pause, and take that small step towards healing.

Send this to someone who might be feeling overwhelmed, or to someone who could use a reminder that they're not alone.

The story behind MagnoliaReiki... This plant was my mum's favourite and my husband gifted it to me for my 50th birthday 10 years ago.

❤️ After repotting last year, I'm thrilled to see it's blooming this year. Lots of Reiki love went into saving her.

Did you know colours are associated with our chakras (Energy centres within the body).

Pink is associated with the Heart Chakra & the Power of Soft Pink Energy .

The Heart Chakra, is the centre of love, compassion, and emotional balance. It sits gently in the middle of your chest, connecting your physical and spiritual self the place where true healing begins.

While green is most often linked to the Heart Chakra, I see a soft pink energy which carries a beautifully nurturing vibration.
Pink is the colour of unconditional love, kindness, tenderness, and emotional healing. It wraps you in a sense of comfort, like a warm, gentle hug.
