Here's a super-easy veggie-packed meal that fits any time of day: breakfast, brunch, lunch, or dinner you pick!

The Anytime Salad is loaded with fiber, protein, and healthy fats to support your energy, your gut health, and your taste buds.
ANYTIME SALAD
(serves 1)
Dressing:
3 Tbsp salsa verde
1 Tbsp olive oil
2 Tbsp chopped coriander or parsley
Whisk together in a small bowl.

Salad:
2 Handfuls of salad greens
40 grams roasted chickpeas
40 grams canned black beans, rinsed
1/2 avocado, sliced
1 large egg

Toss half the dressing with the greens, then top with chickpeas, black beans, and avocado.
Spray a small nonstick skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat. Add the egg and fry to your desired doneness (about 2-3 minutes).
Place the egg on the salad, drizzle with the remaining dressing, and enjoy!
(Calories: 337 | Fat: 19g | Carbs: 29g | Fiber: 11g | Protein: 15g)

Growing up, my my Grandma always said:

Look after the pennies and the pounds will look after themselves Back then, I didn't really understand what that meant. But now, I find myself sharing that message with my clients all the time
In the fitness and health world, it's easy to get caught up in the big goals! but it's ALWAYS the smaller, daily choices that really move the needle.

Things like:
Hitting your workouts at least 3 days a week
Choosing that piece of fruit instead of the biscuit
Prepping tomorrow's meals before sitting down to scroll

Those little things have a tremendous impact, plus they help you build confidence, trust in yourself, and momentum.

Craving something savory you can grab and go,but don't want to rely on protein bars or processed snacks?

These Turkey & Veggie Wrap-Ups are your new favorite!
* High in protein
* Crunchy, flavorful, and satisfying
* No cooking required!

Here's what you need (makes 6 wrap-ups):
6 slices cooked turkey or chicken breast
6 thin slices of cucumber or bell pepper strips
6 small slices of avocado
Handful of baby spinach or arugula
2 tbsp hummus
Everything bagel seasoning or black pepper to taste
Instructions:
1- Lay out one slice of turkey, spread a thin layer of hummus across it.
2 - Add a few leaves of spinach, a strip of cucumber or pepper, and a slice of avocado.
3 - Sprinkle with seasoning, then roll it up!
4 - Secure with a toothpick if needed and toss them in a container for easy, on-the-go snacking.

That's it, fresh, filling, and full of flavor.
Pro Tip: Worried about the avocado turning brown?
Toss your avocado slices in a little lemon or lime juice before adding them to the wraps.
Or skip the slices and pack a single-serve guacamole cup on the side for easy dipping!

I Laughed At This Until I Tried It

I used to roll my eyes when people told me to:

"Eat more protein at breakfast."
I mean does it really REALLY make that big a difference?!
But one day, I decided to go ahead and give it a try. You know, in the spirit of being open-minded.
And guess what?

1. My energy felt even all morning.
2. I didn't feel like I needed a second breakfast.
3. And I wasn't staring at the clock, waiting for lunchtime so I could eat.

Now? It's a baked-in part of my everyday routine! I don't even have to think about it.
Funny how the habit I resisted made such a big difference, right?
