Introducing our Master Class Series 🤸🧘‍♀️

Elevate your practice with our exclusive Master Class Series which we are so excited to launch. The series is a rotating set of specialised classes designed to refine your skills, deepen your understanding, and challenge your limits.
The handstand foundations class will give you the tools, drills and courage to start your handstand journey or progress along your current flight path. This class will provide focused guidance to take your yoga inversion journey to the next level.
Discover the art of stillness in our Meditation class. You’ll be guided through techniques to calm the mind, cultivate mindfulness, and reconnect with your inner self. Perfect for beginners and experienced practitioners alike, you’ll leave feeling centered, refreshed, and empowered to bring clarity into your daily life.

Our Master Class Series kicks off in January with two handstand classes led by Rhi on Sunday 12th @ 09:30 and Sunday 26th @ 09:30.
