Update for our patients registered at Llangennech surgery (Pontarddulais branch):

We’ve received a letter informing us that the practice has changed its policy on prescription ordering. You’ll now need to order your prescription via the NHS app or by dropping the repeat prescription off to the surgery.

What does this mean?

1. We’ll still collect your prescription from the practice.

2. You can still message us on healthera (our app) and we’ll let you know when the prescription has arrived and is ready.

3. We CANNOT order on your behalf so please do not drop off your repeats to us or order via the app.
