Yesterday was the Spring Equinox… that moment of balance 🌿✨ but today is the REAL new year. Fresh start, new energy, everything shifting, and I can feel it.

I woke up this morning in SUCH a good mood, singing my head off since 6am 😂

I literally can’t stop repeating it.

It’s like something has lifted, like the energy has reset. This is your reminder you don’t need January to start again, the real new year begins with spring, when everything comes back to life and the light returns. Today, 3rd March 2026, feels big.

We’ve got a powerful Total Lunar Eclipse, a Full Moon in Virgo, and the 3/3 portal all landing together. That’s not light energy, that’s deep, transformative, soul-level energy.

Eclipses aren’t about manifesting and pushing forward. They’re about release. They’re cosmic reset buttons. The kind that quietly (or not so quietly) close chapters we’ve outgrown.

With the Full Moon sitting in Virgo, there’s a real theme of logic versus intuition. Head versus heart. The practical daily routines versus the bigger spiritual vision. Virgo can be beautifully organised and grounded… but it can also tip into perfectionism and self-criticism.

This Moon is asking us to stop “perfecting ourselves to death”.

You don’t need to fix yourself.
You need to honour yourself.

The 3/3 portal carries that 333 energy, creativity, expansion, conscious creation. But during an eclipse, the creation starts with clearing. Making space. Letting go of habits, standards, roles and expectations that no longer fit who you’re becoming.

Today isn’t about charging crystals or forcing intentions.
It’s about release.

Declutter something physical and notice what shifts internally.
Write a “done” list instead of a to-do list.
Have a salt bath.
Switch your phone off for half an hour and just be.

Mutable signs (Virgo, Pisces, Gemini, Sagittarius) may feel this one more strongly, especially around identity, relationships, and the balance between home and career. But honestly, we’re all being nudged somewhere.

If something falls away now, trust it.

🌼✨ Happy St David’s Day ✨🌼

There’s something about today that always feels deeper than just a national day.

It feels ancestral.

It feels like the land itself is breathing a little louder.

Being born and raised in Wales isn’t just about geography for me,it’s in the bones. The mountains, the sea air, the valleys… they carry memory. Strength. Survival. Song.

St David said, “Do the little things.”
And I think that’s such a spiritual teaching in itself.

Not grand gestures.
Not ego.
Not noise.

Just steady faith. Quiet devotion. Living with intention.

Today I’m honouring my roots, my ancestors, and the resilience that runs through Welsh blood. We are strong people, Soft hearted, but unshakeable when it matters.

I’m lighting a candle tonight for protection over my home, my family and this land. For growth. For peace. For strength that is gentle but firm.

Cymru isn’t just a place. It’s a frequency.
