🎄 Cheeky Christmas Update 🎄

Right… I know, I know, I’ve been quiet on here. I didn’t get kidnapped, I’m just chronically busy and terrible at posting when life is chaos 😂 I swear I need a PA just to remind me to breathe some days.

So, in the New Year, I’m actually hiring someone to run my social media because clearly I’m not built for consistency 😅 If you’ve been wondering where I’ve been… same babes, same.

I’m wrapping things up this week ready to spend some well-earned time with my son, my dog, my family, and my friends. I fully plan on relaxing, eating everything in sight, and ignoring every responsibility for at least two weeks 🤣

🌕✨ Tomorrow night we’ve got a Full Moon in Aries, and it’s not just any full moon, ’s a supermoon 💫 meaning it’ll look a little bigger and brighter than usual (up to 13% brighter, apparently!).

It peaks early Tuesday morning around 4:48am UK time, but you’ll feel its energy building all day tomorrow and into the evening. 🌬️ This one’s called the Hunter’s Moon, the first full moon after the Harvest Moon, a time of courage, action, and fiery motivation (very Aries energy 🔥).

If you’ve been feeling like things are shifting or emotions are a bit heightened, that’s the Aries fire asking you to take bold steps forward, release frustration, and move with passion rather than fear. Perfect time to set intentions around confidence, new beginnings, and standing in your power. 💪

If you can, step outside tomorrow night and soak it in, even just a few minutes of moonlight can feel grounding and cleansing. Great night for journaling, charging your crystals, or simply giving thanks for how far you’ve come.

✨ House call healing today ✨

Some people feel more comfortable receiving healing in their own home, and for others it’s simply easier when they’re not well enough to travel, so I’ve been out doing home visits today 💛

One lovely lady I worked with had the sweetest little cockapoo. Normally he’s full of beans, bouncing around and jumping all over anyone who walks through the door. But as soon as I began the sound healing, he curled up right beside his owner, completely relaxed, and drifted straight off to sleep 💤🐾

It was so beautiful to watch how deeply the sound calmed him, not just his owner, but him too. That moment really lit something up in me, and I’ve decided my next step is to train in animal sound healing.

I can’t wait to be able to extend this work to our furry companions as well as their humans 🌿🎶💫

✨🌌 9/9 Portal + Eclipse Energy 🌌✨

Today we step into the energy of the 9/9 portal, a time of completion, wisdom and closing old cycles. Normally this is a beautiful day to release and set intentions, but with the eclipse energy around us things may feel a little more chaotic and unpredictable.

Eclipses act like cosmic reset buttons. They shake things up, close doors suddenly and redirect us towards the path we are truly meant to walk. That means the best thing we can do today is surrender, let go and trust the process, even if it feels messy.

If you feel called, take a quiet moment for yourself. Write down what you’re ready to release and safely burn or bury the paper, knowing the universe is working to clear your path. Breathe, rest and allow.

Endings are not a loss, they are a gateway. This 9/9 portal is helping us step through into something new, even if we can’t see the full picture yet.

I’m back from annual leave feeling refreshed 💫

And the timing couldn’t be better… because this Sunday (7th September) we’ve got a Full Moon + Lunar Eclipse happening, the Harvest Moon turning into a Blood Moon 🌕🌑✨

This one’s different. The Moon in Pisces is pulling us into our emotions, dreams and intuition, while the Sun in Virgo is asking for structure, balance and clarity. It’s that tug-of-war between going with the flow and getting your s*t together*.

Eclipses always shake things up, they’re like cosmic reset buttons. If something ends, falls away, or shifts suddenly… it’s probably meant to. Think of it as a harvest: gathering the lessons, clearing out the weeds, and planting new seeds. 🌱

A few things I’d suggest for this one:
✨ Write down what you’re done carrying, then burn or release it.
✨ Journal on what feels ready to grow next.
✨ Don’t force decisions, just sit with what’s surfacing.

The Blood Moon is basically the universe saying: “trust me, even if you don’t see the full picture yet.”
