Morning beautiful people ✨ not gonna lie this Ta**us New Moon actually feels really nice compared to the madness lately 😂 everything feels a bit slower today but in a good way, like people are starting to realise what actually matters and what’s been draining them mentally. Ta**us energy is all about stability, money, comfort, self worth and building your life properly instead of constantly being in survival mode. Feels like a really good day to reset a bit, clean your space, sort your head out and focus on what genuinely brings you peace instead of forcing everything all the time 🤍 anyway hope everyone has a lovely Saturday ✨

We’re hosting a half day immersive healing experience designed to bring you back to yourself – mind, body & soul.

This isn’t just a “relaxing session”… this is deep work, real connection, release, reset and activation.

You’ll be guided through:
✨ Breathwork – release tension & come back into your body
✨ Sound Healing – calm your nervous system & restore balance
✨ Belief Coding – rewire limiting beliefs & empower your mind

This is 5 hours of returning to self… reconnect, reset, rise 🤍

• Please arrive on time – doors open 9:45am, we start 10am sharp
• Parking is limited – please car share where possible. Street parking is available but check for permit areas. You can double park on the yellow hatched area without blocking access or residents
• HYDRATION IS VERY IMPORTANT – please drink water before and bring water with you (especially for belief coding)
• If you have heart issues, pacemaker, epilepsy, recent operation, are pregnant or have severe mental health concerns, you can still attend but GP advice is recommended. You are responsible for your own health during sessions
• Bring something comfortable to lay on – yoga mat / blanket / pillow. Chairs will be available if needed
• Bring a journal & pen
• Bring light snacks only – we’ll have a small break. Eat a good breakfast rather than a heavy lunch
• £30 cash on arrival
• This is a drug & alcohol free event
• You must message to be added to the list to attend
