Friday 10.00 am. All classes include breathing techniques (pranayama) stretching (asanas) relaxation, mindfulness and meditation. Yoga classes incorporating flexibility mobility and strength. Classes with Annie cover a more holistic approach to yoga for your overall health and wellbeing. Classes are accessible for all.-if you can breathe you can do yoga. Yoga classes with Annie are more spiritual often working on cleansing the aura and the chakras to bring about self healing and mental wellbeing.
