Class times are
Monday 6.30 pm
Wednesday 7.30 pm
Friday 10.00 am. All classes include breathing techniques (pranayama) stretching (asanas) relaxation, mindfulness and meditation. Yoga classes incorporating flexibility mobility and strength. Classes with Annie cover a more holistic approach to yoga for your overall health and wellbeing. Classes are accessible for all.-if you can breathe you can do yoga. As a qualified yoga therapist breathwork therapist energy healer and reiki master for over 30 years, Annie can adapt postures to suit individual health /physical and emotional needs.. Back problems, anxiety, depression, menopausal.etc
Yoga classes with Annie are more spiritual often working on cleansing the aura and the chakras to bring about self healing and mental wellbeing. You don't need to be flexible or have fancy clothing to join any of Annie's yoga classes just a yoga mat, blanket for relaxation and a bottle of water. A warm welcome awaits you
