For patients registered with surgeries in the Bay Health Cluster

Looking to boost your wellbeing this summer? Join us in beautiful Parkmill, Gower for a series of free outdoor workshops designed to help you reconnect with yourself and with nature. 🌳💚

Each session blends evidence-based psychology with nature-based learning, led by trained professionals in a safe and supportive environment. Come to one, two or all three, whatever suits you.

🧠 Workshop 1: Nature & the Nervous System – Weds 2 July
💛 Workshop 2: Self-Compassion in Nature – Tues 9 July
🧭 Workshop 3: Moving Forward with Nature & Navigation – Weds 16 July

Emma is currently doing her breathwork training with Seven Directions Breathwork and has to run group breathwork sessions as case studies for her training.

Emma is therefore offering the workshop for free to those who would like to attend as long as they complete the relevant paperwork.

If you are interested please contact Emma on the email provided as there is a pre-therapy questionnaire to complete.
There will also be a feedback form to complete after the session as part of the case study.
Emma is really excited to be offering these sessions and looks forward to hearing from you. Places are limited to 3-4 individuals per session, so email her asap to secure your place.
