🌿 ADHD and the Hunter Brain 🌿
ADHD isn’t a “problem with attention.” People with ADHD are highly attentive — just in ways that don’t always match classrooms or offices.
Think back to hunter-gatherer tribes: hunters tracked prey across uneven terrain, scanning for rustles in the bushes, snapped sticks, and shifts in wind — all while keeping their goal in mind. Their quick thinking, curiosity, and ability to notice layers of information kept the tribe fed and safe.

⚡ Craving novelty and exploration
⚡ Hyperfocus on what matters
⚡ Quick thinking and bold moves
⚡ Needing rest to recharge
