Well that’s a wrap on another Christmas tour with S4C and CYW another fantastic episode of joyfulness and excitement by all those who attended, It’s a single handed event for us, but year three completed and more to follow.

Life Support Training & Safety – We’re Expanding Our Training Delivery!

Over the next 3 months, we’re increasing the number of accredited first aid courses we deliver across South Wales — perfect for businesses, event teams, sports clubs and community groups preparing for a busy spring and summer.

Upcoming Courses:
✅ 3-Day First Aid at Work (FAW)
✅ 1-Day Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW)
✅ 4-Hour Basic Life Support (BLS)

All our courses are taught by qualified trainers with real frontline emergency medical experience, giving you practical, confidence-building skills that meet all HSE First Aid at Work guidance.
