The life support team is on tour again, this time supporting the Porthcawl aquathon, we always thrive on collaboration, today we are with Acute Medics again basking in the sun at Porthcawl.
Sadly the sea state had cut back the swim element from Coney Beach to the harbour slip, but the 5k time trial is now underway. What a great venue for an event.

Well we seem to have the weather today after a but if rain last night, the team are busy at the Jopofest, with kit checks at the start of the shift and after much community engagement….well it’s how they sold it to me anyways. Everyone at the FEST is enjoying the day and the music plus some great food.

Over the past few weeks, the Life Support Team has been out and about at a variety of events, helping our communities and local groups make the most of the summer sunshine.

These events have also given us a great opportunity to introduce and promote our newest product — SafeShel — for which we are now official distributors.

SafeShel is an innovative emergency shelter designed to protect casualties from the elements, whether it’s shielding from cold wind and rain or preventing sun and heat exposure.

We are now taking bookings from organisations interested in demonstrations of SafeShel in action, including how easily it can be integrated into your weather contingency plans for any sport or outdoor event.
