Our Story

The Feldenkrais Method can offer many benefits to anyone interested in learning how to improve their quality of life. It is taught both in group classes known as ‘Awareness through Movement’ and individual sessions of Functional Integration.

The lessons are pleasurable, relaxing and gentle, and consist of comfortable easy movements, usually done lying down. They are suitable and safe for anyone who can lie on the floor, as each person works at their own individual level. You learn how to release chronically tightened muscles, re-pattern your movements and regain efficient pain-free use of your body.

Here are just some of the benefits of doing Feldenkrais -

  • Relief from pain, restriction, stress and tension.
