We are seeking to recruit additional weekend Community Care Workers to support adults within their own homes in the following geographical areas:

City and County of Swansea, Neath Port Talbot.

The role will be working with adults and could include supporting people with personal care, medication, domestic tasks, food preparation, respite support, sitting services and outings etc.

SENIOR COMMUNITY CARE WORKER 19.5hrs per week

£9.22 per hour weekdays - £10.00 per hour weekends plus mileage

We are seeking to recruit an additional Senior Community Care Worker to work as part of our management team.

The role will be to support the Care Coordinators to lead and supervise a team of Community Care Workers, ensuring the highest possible standards of care to individuals within their own home.

The post holder will have a contract for 19.30 hours over 3 days per week as part of a rota and will need to be able to work flexibly up to full-time hours which will include working some evenings and weekend’s to cover for colleague’s annual leave etc.

Experience in the care industry and a full driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential.

We are seeking to recruit additional Community Sitters / Respite Care Workers to support adults within their own homes in the following geographical areas:
