12–2pm • City Chariot Procession 🌇
Chant and dance your way through the city centre starting at King Edward VII Ave. CF10 3NS all the way back to the heart of Bute Park!

2–5pm Bute Park Festival 🎪
Think live music, mantra, dancing, good vibes, amazing food, interactive stalls and workshops to explore, and a free vegetarian feast at the end! (Coopers feild, CF10 3ER)

It’s joyful, vibrant, a little bit different, and genuinely one of the most feel-good festivals in the world. Cardiff Ratha Yatra is the Festival of Chariots, an ancient celebration with roots in India that has been bringing joy to the streets for thousands of years. Masala Dosa weekender 🫶🇮🇳 our wonderful chef Radhastami is pulling out all the stops this Friday & Saturday!

A golden, paper-thin dosa, crisp at the edges and delicately soft inside. Served with cooling coconut chutney and a bowl of rich, aromatic sambar. This is THE PERFECT dish that feels both indulgent and wholesome at the same time.

Meet Parjanya! Originally from France, he has been a valued part of our community here in Wales for nearly 10 years helping out with all types of needed services like cooking for ⭐️

Recently, he’s taken on the role of managing Govinda’s Swansea with a special focus on events and supporting our growing community.

This week alone, we’ve already kick-started two new events alongside our regular Tuesday night programme — and there’s plenty more to come!
