Yesterday, we had a wonderful visit to Cwmrhydyceirw Primary School and joined their parent/carer coffee morning ☕

Lovely to chat with parents about their kiddos and talk about the support available for children with additional needs including autism, etc.

Thank you to the ALNCo for arranging and for the yummy cinnamon swirls 😋

We had a lovely visit to Central Primary School in Port Talbot yesterday.

Anthony got to tell the Head Teacher and Family Engagement Officer about our amazing assembly and the support we can offer with parent/carer coffee meets and workshops.

Dates are already booked and we can't wait to visit again very soon!

Great to visit the Jac Lewis Foundation Mental Health Hub today at Swansea.com Stadium especially being World Mental Health Day 💚

Anthony had a lovely time as always chatting with the guys there, catching up with the team and seeing reps from the likes of Cyfle Cymru and Local Area Coordination, Swansea.

Some wonderful arts & crafts today too being delivered by the always lovely Originaliti by Jenny Ross 🖌️

Fantastic meeting with Emma Snell from Neurokind careers ltd at her office in Mount Pleasant today!

So inspiring to hear about the amazing work she’s doing to empower neurodivergent job seekers - offering tailored employment support, CV help, interview preparation, and job clubs.

We had a brilliant chat about all the great things we both do and how we can complement each other’s work through collaboration and future projects. Exciting things ahead!

If you or someone you know could use support with employment - especially around neurodivergent conditions - definitely reach out to Emma!

We’re so grateful to Funky Fun Factory for welcoming us and for the sessions we’ve shared together this year, we wish them every success in the future.

Area51 Playcentre Neath and Playzone Swansea still remain incredibly popular and aren't going anywhere and we are also exploring some new venues suggested by you, our members 😄

We love a coffee and cake at Purple Elephant Coffee Shop and Cakes Swansea ☕🎂

Today, we ran our regular parent/carer coffee meet up and were there for their Local Support Hub event.

Great to see representatives from Graham J. Sullivan Funeral Directors, Swansea MAD, Mike Hedges, YMCA Swansea/Invest Local Clase4All, Mental Health Matters Wales, Pobl Group, Swansea Council Mynydd-bach Local councillors, Swansea Labour Councillors and the local PCSO.

Loads of amazing connections made and some exciting meetings ahead 😄

Huge love and thanks to WCVA, Welsh Government and our amazing directors - the dream team at Inc HQ for treating us to the most gorgeous Volunteer Wellbeing Day at The Towers Spa Swansea! 💆‍♀️💅🍴

We’re usually busy dashing around planning, organising and making magic happen for our community, so having a rare chance to just pause, relax and recharge together was PURE BLISS. 🌸

Even better, our Swansea & NPT crew got to hang out with our Bridgend family and honestly, the laughs, chats, and good vibes were the best part of the whole day 🥰

We’re feeling refreshed, recharged and so grateful 💚💙🩷

As an organisation, we wouldn’t be able to function without all the dedication from our amazing volunteers. ❤️❤️

Today, with thanks to wcvacymru WCVA CGGC and Welsh Government and Julie and her wonderful team from the The Towers Spa Swansea. We were able to celebrate and treat our incredible team of volunteers.

They all have children with disabilities but have still managed to clock up over 1000 volunteer hours over the past 6 months alone! They are superstars and we are so grateful for every one of them.

It was also lovely for all the volunteers to meet from across South Wales to connect and share their experiences as carers that volunteer!

A brilliant exclusive ALN multi-sports evening at LC Swansea tonight ⚽🎾🏀🏸🤸‍♀️

Our members got the chance to enjoy the bouncy castle and try out tennis, badminton, football, and gymnastics ❤️

It was wonderful to see our families come together, have fun and create so many active, happy memories! Also lovely to see new families join us tonight too, love new faces 🥰
