Today we celebrate Wales - its heart, its people, and the beautiful differences that make our communities so special.

At InclusAbility, St David’s Day is about more than dragons, daffodils and Welsh cakes. It’s about belonging. It’s about acceptance. It’s about knowing you are welcome exactly as you are.

Our families, young people and volunteers remind us every day that there is no one way to think, feel, communicate, move or experience the world and that’s something to be proud of.

Inclusion means:

💛 Differences are celebrated
💛 Voices are heard
💛 No one stands alone
💛 We belong together

Whether you wear a rugby shirt, a sensory headset, a sunflower lanyard, a traditional costume, or your favourite comfy hoodie, you belong.

Today we celebrate our heritage, our community, and the strength we find in embracing one another.

Because Wales is not one story…it is all of us. 💚

Today, Anthony delivered our “Inclusive with InclusAbility” workshop to 20 team members from Communities for Work+ Swansea.

Over four hours, we explored key topics including disabilities, sensory differences, executive dysfunction, processing time, and practical inclusive behaviours in the workplace.

It was a highly engaged group, with thoughtful discussion, shared lived experiences, best practice insights and, of course, a little laughter along the way.

Together, it made for a meaningful and impactful session. Thank you for welcoming us - we truly appreciate the opportunity to work alongside you.

🎾Tennis 4 All back again today with our Tennis Activator, Anthony, for session SIX🎾

A few new faces joined our regulars today. A slightly smaller session but still the same big energy with loads of movement and fun.

Thanks as always to Tennis Wales Tie Break for funding the session, Birchgrove Community Centre for use of their lovely centre, and everyone who joined in the fun.

Aqua inflatable + Inc families = BIG smiles & belly laughs 💦💙💚🩷

A huge thank you to Aberavon Leisure and Fitness Centre for welcoming us yesterday and looking after our Inc families. The aqua inflatable was a hit, with everyone splashing, climbing, sliding and cheering each other on, the best kind of teamwork and fun!

Thank you to all the families who joined us and made the session so special. We love seeing friendships grow, confidence build and joy shared 💙💚🩷

A huge, heartfelt thank you to Swansea Council’s Winter of Well-being Coast Grant for making today’s Inc family movie afternoon possible at Cinema & Co.ffee 🎬🍿

What a beautifully relaxed afternoon we shared - families cwtched up together with pizza and popcorn, enjoying Roald Dahl’s Matilda and its powerful message of courage, resilience and believing in your own strengths.

Watching Matilda overcome adversity and embrace her unique abilities felt especially meaningful for our Inc families 🥰

Traditional cinemas can feel overwhelming for many children and young people with sensory differences, but Cinema & Co offers something truly special - a calm, homely and nurturing environment where everyone can feel safe, comfortable and able to enjoy the experience in their own way.

Thank you to the wonderful team at Cinema & Co for being such warm and welcoming hosts, and to our amazing Inc families for sharing this cosy afternoon together.

Moments like these remind us how important safe, inclusive spaces are for connection.

Our InclusAbility D&D clan gathered once again today to continue their epic adventure together ⚔️✨

With the wonderful Mark guiding the journey as our incredible Dungeon Master, Roisin supporting and mentoring players as they learn and grow, and our amazing young people bringing the story to life - today’s session had it all…heart-pounding danger, belly laughs, brave choices and moments of true teamwork.

Beyond the quests and dice rolls, this is a story of trust, friendship and problem solving together and watching confidence grow week by week is simply magical 🥰

A huge thank you to Swansea Council’s Winter of Well-being Coast Grant for making this journey possible. Opportunities like this bring young people together, build connection and help them believe in themselves.

Thank you also to Socialdice - Board Game Cafe for being the BEST hosts, keeping our adventurers fuelled and providing a safe, welcoming space where young people can explore, learn and grow 💗
