DWP Visiting Service will be at Canolfan y Bont on Wednesday 18th March from 10.30am to 2.30pm. This service provides support for people who need help to claim benefits, sometimes due to complex needs, disability or vulnerability. These are drop-in sessions do no appointment is necessary

Please see below details of some FREE workshops we are running at Canolfan y Bont funded by COAST (Swansea Council).

Booking is essential and your place will be secured with a refundable £2 deposit (refund given upon attendance).

Beaded Bracelets (Pe**te Weave) - Workshop takes place on Tuesday 20th January 2026 - 10am - 1pm
Acrylic Painting using Bubble Wrap - Workshop takes place on Thursday 22nd January 2026 - 1pm - 4pm
Embroidered Felt Bookmarks - Workshop takes place on Tuesday 3rd February 2026 - 10am - 1pm
Papercraft - Quilling (creating 3D pendant and earrings) - Thursday 5th February 2026 - 1pm - 4pm
Papercraft - Marbling on Paper and Fabric - Tuesday 17th February - 1pm - 4pm
Learn to Crochet Flowers - Thursday 19th February 2026 - 10am - 2pm

All materials are provided for these workshops, you just need to pre-book and come along. Booking is essential as spaces are limited.

All of these workshops have limited spaces and you must be aged 50+ to attend.
