Womankind Yoga offers authentic holistic yoga tuition and teacher training in Swansea, South Wales.

Womankind Yoga aims to help everyone discover inner peace, balance and true relaxation through classical hatha yoga (asana), pranayama (breath work) and meditation. Helen Wilson founded WKY in 2012 and is now a Senior Teacher and Trainer Pro with Yoga Alliance UK. WKY run the UK's largest Beach Yoga Class, on Swansea Bay, from May until the end of August and specific Yoga Teacher Training in Yoga for Women.

Join me for a Monday Night Online Yoga Class next week! Lots of people have said they'd like to join me for Yoga, but they don't live anywhere near, so I'm trialing an online class on Monday, from 6.30pm - 7.30pm via Zoom. Follow the link in bio to a Facebook event to book. The class costs £8.50 or £5 for concessions. Please DM me if you'd like to attend and I'll send you the link. Once you've paid, I'll send you the password to join the class. Suitable for beginners. It will be gentle movement and relaxation.
All you need is a mat, blanket and cushion.

Online Yoga Classes! Remember lockdown? I dipped my toes into teaching yoga online. I am thinking of doing this again, once a week via Zoom, for those who cannot attend in person. Give me a thumbs up if you like this idea. A recording of the class would also be available if you couldn't make the 'live' time. I am thinking a Monday evening from 6-7pm.

Our Story

Following traditional Classical Yoga teachings, WKY aims to help everyone discover inner peace, balance and true relaxation through classical hatha yoga (asana), pranayama (breath work) and meditation. WKY run the UK's largest Beach Yoga Classes, on Swansea Bay, from May until the end of August. Our Community Yoga Class runs indoors at St Phillip's Community Centre in Swansea, from September until April. All classes are for donation only and everyone is welcome, regardless of age, gender, income or ability. WKY was founded by Annapurna Helen Wilson in 2014 (YTT 500hr) who is an Experienced Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance UK.
