Today has been about Hypnotherapy script writing ✍️

I absolutely love this part of my job. Although today I had to use a very ancient laptop that I’ve had since 2006 🤣 as my laptop is temporarily out of service and being repaired by my amazing step dad.

I won’t let technology problems stop me 💪I broke out the oldest, heaviest laptop to ever exist and got cracking. 🤣

It’s all about mindset, keep going, smash those goals 🙌

As I’m too embarrassed to show you pictures of the monstrosity that is my old laptop 💻

So instead here is a book 📖 I highly recommend to each and everyone of you.

And I’m officially back 😁

I was welcomed with this stunning rainbow this morning 🌈

It’s a time of big change at Casa Hands on Heart with one of our little girls off to secondary school, Mr Hands on Heart has a new job and overall I am feeling the huge shifts in alignment and focus.

As we enter into this new heart centred era, it may be that you are finding things pop up for you that you need to reflect on or consider from a different point of view.

Now is a really good time for Reiki because we are reassessing what works for us and what no longer serves us. Our relationships and friendships and how we respond to them?

When we are in flow and at peace these things fall into place naturally without the chatter of the monkey mind.

This is why I absolutely love Reiki it takes me back to that core of consciousness, where you just breathe 🧘‍♀️ more deeply, become more aware and simply be 💚✨

And today I finally finished studying this amazing book. 📖

I have so much more left to learn and maybe one day I will be able to upskill more in this area which is what I would love to do.

For now I keep learning and improving using the tools I have available.

I do really value NLP in my work.
