Tomorrow at Craig-y-nos Country Park at the Pavilion. Starts at 11am, see you there in beautiful surroundings 🌳🌿 Free to attend and free workshops, traders, complementary therapists and final soundbath which will have a charge - see the event page for details. A short walk from the car park. Bring your dogs as there is a treat for them too. The weather will be fabulous and so will the company! 💜☀️🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

I wanted to thank my lovely massage clients and my friends for their patience and understanding whilst I was ill with a chest infection the past few weeks. Last week I've started to feel better in myself but not quite 100% and looking forward to getting back to normal. I hope you are all doing well! 💜

I will be at the Counties Showground Carmarthen on Saturday 10th August with my massage at the The Big Welsh Mind,Body and Spirit Event for Carmarthen Breakthro Love this event raising funds for Carmarthen Breakthro Caerfyrddin. Will be posting what's being offered by some amazing humans. 💜

I will be away on holiday end of August and back in the country second week of September when I will be booking appointments for 1193 Neath Road, Plasmarl, Swansea. Drop me a message to book in ready 😍 I also have limited slots for mobile appointments - but only with those I know.
