Hearing Tests - At Hearing Wales, we are proud to offer FREE, no obligation hearing tests to all individuals throughout Wales. Hearing tests are totally painless and straightforward. They can be done in the comfort and privacy of your own home or at a local clinic, at a time that is right for you.
Home Visits - We also offer FREE home visits all over Wales and beyond, for both hearing tests and our aftercare service. Our audiologists have portable, high-tech equipment that enables them to carry out the best quality services from the comfort and convenience of your own home.
Aftercare - We understand that purchasing hearing aids is just the start of the journey to hearing better, and that the key to success is with comprehensive, accessible aftercare and rehabilitation. We pride ourselves on the high level of customer service we provide, ensuring we help maintain your hearing system to the highest standard, so you don’t miss a thing. Aftercare is included as standard with every hearing system we provide, so there are no hidden charges, unlike some of our competitors.
Earwax Removal - We have five fully qualified team members who can offer microsuction ear wax removal, including a highly experienced Aural Nurse with over two decades of experience in ear wax removal. We offer this service at all four of our state of the art clinics in Swansea, Mumbles, Narberth and Cardiff.
