In our award winning branches and our local clinics we provide FREE hearing tests, private hearing care packages and Ear Micro Suction along with other hearing care services. We welcome visitors to the shop and are happy to answer any questions you may have regarding hearing aids, hearing accessories or ear wax removal. As members of BSHAA (British Society of Hearing Aid Audiologists) and HCPC (Health Care Professionals Council) we are dedicated to providing a professional, personal service and a high level of care to each and every one of our customers throughout Wales. We are very proud of our unparalleled service and offer a comprehensive after-care service for the lifetime of your hearing system. Hearing Wales is very proud to have been recognised as a FIVE STAR Hearing Centre – the only one in the area. We also offer FREE home visits all over Wales and beyond. Our audiologists have portable, high-tech equipment that enables them to carry out the best quality services from the comfort and convenience of your own home. Our fully qualified and highly experienced Aural Nurse offers an Earwax Removal Service both in clinics and at home. We also have a Specialist Micro Suction Clinic in our Swansea Branch, and can also offer this service at home. Accessories
We are also able to provide a range of accessories to enhance the performance of your hearing aid. We are happy to assist and advise you of the range that we have available and how they could benefit you.

What a wonderful start to Christmas 🎄. We were delighted to find out that our Mumbles store won the first ever Christmas Window Display Trophy .

Huge thanks to for organising this competition and a big shout out to all our fellow local businesses going the extra mile to make their shops look even more magical this year. Mumbles is the most wonderful shopping village and hopefully more people will be enticed into shopping here and .

Aftercare is included as standard with every hearing system we provide, so there are no hidden charges, unlike some of our competitors.

Earwax Removal - We have five fully qualified team members who can offer microsuction ear wax removal, including a highly experienced Aural Nurse with over two decades of experience in ear wax removal. We offer this service at all four of our state of the art clinics in Swansea, Mumbles, Narberth and Cardiff.
