The understanding of what is trying to be achieved when we meditate has become simpler over the last years of practice. In this Morning of Meditation on Sunday 11th May in the wonderful Garden Studio at Buzzard's Nest, Mike Buckley and Anthea Jones will offer meditations and guidance to share this simple understanding. We hope you will want to join us and in so doing to help raise funds for a school helping street children in Goa. Hope we see you there ❤

Here's a way to get into meditation and help slow down a busy mind. Click anywhere on the image to start the video. You may want to change the speed to make it fit the rhythm of your breathing better. You can do this by clicking on the Settings or Cog Wheel icon and then choose playback speed. Scroll down a bit and perhaps try it on 1.25 first or even 1.5.
The expanding and contracting shapes along with the two different tones make it easier to improve your focus. If you find you are not getting distracted so much by your thoughts etc, you could try closing your eyes and just using the two sounds to connect your breathing to.
