ASMR what does it mean? 💫
A - autonomous acknowledges that these stimuli can be different for different people, including the ability of some people to stimulate ASMR in themselves
S - Sensory refers to the input of stimuli like sights, sounds, and touches that can initiate ASMR
M - Meridian meaning ‘greatest prosperity” or “splendor”, is an acknowledgement that the response is deeply relaxing and enjoyable
R - Response indicates that these stimuli initiate a specific effect
