Our team is expanding, and we looking for Care workers to join our Swansea community based team.

On the Job Training No experience needed! Get paid as you you gain a NVQ/QCF 2 in Health & Social Care.

You would be responsible for meeting the support requirements of our clients, in a way that respects the individual and promotes their independence. You would be expected to travel to the client’s home and assist them with daily task.

All clients have their personalised care plan tailored to their specific needs. Typical tasks include assistance with
- Personal care and hygiene
- Food preparation
- Medication
- Manual Handling using hoist, steady etc.

Human Resources Manager - Maternity cover (12 months)

Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00

CDA Care specialises in the provision of Domiciliary Care and Respite at Home Services for Older People and Younger Adults with Physical Disabilities and or Sensory Impairment.

We are currently seeking an experienced individual to oversee all aspects of Human Resources at CDA Care Limited. Job duties include:

 Manage recruitment and on boarding
 Ensure the organisation is compliant with UK law and legislation
 Handle disciplinary and grievance matters
 Manage performance and capability matters
 Generate reports and identify trends
 Develop workplace processes
 Take part in leadership meetings
 Undertake all HR administration (processing resignations, etc.)
 Provide necessary information to the finance team for payroll purposes
 Liaise with external bodies (Disclosure and Barring Service, Social Care Wales, etc.)

Essential criteria:
 At least one years’ experience working as a HR Manager, or in a similar job role
 Excellent communication skills
 The ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
 The ability to handle sensitive issues in a professional manner
 The ability to meet deadlines and work at a fast pace

Desirable criteria:
 CIPD level 5 or equivalent
 Experience working in the domiciliary care sector
