Yoga arrived as an inspiration for me many years ago and since then I have followed the path of yoga. My background in visual arts and education with a Master of Arts Degree and a Postgraduate Certificate in Education, allows me to pass on my yoga practice creatively and joyfully. My invitation is to encourage possibilities without pressure and let your body find equilibrium in your own time. A warm and welcoming atmosphere supports gradual individual development. My continuing studies are supported by a Yoga Teacher Certificate I completed at Aurolab and participation in regular courses and workshops.

Gentle Movement Class For Self-Care
a choice of seated, standing, or a combination of both is offered, depending on individual mobility.

The movements derive from the tradition of Yoga, Qi Gong and Somatic movements, which can nourish areas of your life and support your physical and emotional wellbeing.

Some benefits of regular practice can improve flexibility, balance, circulation, regulate the nervous system and enhance overall vitality. There are many more health benefits, or just join and connect with the community.

In February, we begin moving from Winter into Spring. Nature is unfurling, and so too is our energy. The January sessions will offer an opportunity to settle our systems into the quiet winter stillness whilst moving mindfully, allowing energy to flow smoothly. Yin & yang so balanced enables us to negotiate life with grace and ease, avoiding stagnation or burnout in this time of hibernation.
