As we harness the energy of the eclipse and observe the turn of the wheel of the year, we feel into the importance of cultivating inner peace for creating a peaceful life and outer world. Lisa will share ideas and practices to help you to foster more peace for yourselves, which will in turn, add to the collective peace movement which is so needed at this time. 'As within so without'
There will be opportunity for journalling and a yoga nidra style meditation by Lisa for bringing peace to the mind, body and spirit followed by a sacred sound bath with the wonderful Jenny Davies.

Reiki 1st Degree Training

Next Reiki 1st Degree Workshop dates 28th & 29th June. During this weekend participants will receive 4 Reiki attunements. We will explore the history, the system of Usui Reiki, including hand positions for self-healing and for a full body treatment for friends and family. This course includes a manual and certificate upon completion. It is a fun and informal course led by myself, a Reiki Master who has been teaching this system of healing since 1997. There will also be information on the bodies natural energy systems and guided visualisations and meditations and lots of practical experience.
