What is Counselling, how can it help you? What does it cost?
Our many varied Therapists can help you with many varied issues and worries in private face to face sessions with confidential conversations about your concerns.
Therapists offer fees between from £30.00-£50.00 - please ask about fee information. Low Cost Services or Concessions are available with certain criteria, please ask.

For Adults, Young People and Children.
Private therapy is available face to face for a wide range of worries, concerns, or topics of focus that you may want to sit down to explore confidentially with a skilled therapist.

Therapy can help you to work through your worries and troubles affecting your life, emotional, mental or physical wellbeing. Common matters are concerning close relationships with family or generally relating with others, work issues, or self confidence that may be holding you back. We are able to help with any issues that is important or a concern to you that you would like help with or explore for better understanding.
Specialist therapists are available for Family, Couples, Autism, Neurodiverse aspects, Children, Young People, please ask for specific advice.

*We provide a range of ways of working with our approaches including CBT (Cognitive Behaviour Therapy) Integrative with EFT (Emotion Focused Therapy) Gestalt, Transactional Analysis, Person Centred, Coaching and more.

*Sessions can be booked without delay following a free-of-charge, confidential private phone Consultation with a qualified Therapist or Coach for all ages and needs, to see how sessions can help you with your individual focus of concern.
