This is what my work usually looks like.

Sitting alongside someone. Albeit through FaceTime
Looking at what’s not working.
Simplifying it.
And helping them move forward with confidence.

Instagram might have been quiet …. but the mentoring hasn’t been.
More of this kind of support coming this year.

I’ve spent the week working on a little something for the foot care world … one of those “I know this will help someone” ideas you just have to follow through on.

Funny how the small projects bring the most happiness ..

We had a lovely family break at Disneyland Paris.. It must be about 23 yrs since I was last there.. So different on many fronts than Florida but I have to say we did have a ball.

I cannot get my head around it’s been a year since I last went to my fav keep fit class… A few bouts of being poorly, work and travelling I just haven’t had the time to go.. BUT I’m stopping the excuses it’s time to show up for me.. If I want to give the best in clinic and to my students, I have to make sure that I’m doing well too.

Eventually got the ad out.. it’s been a long time since I’ve been on Facebook ads.. and now I know why 🤯

After giving my lovely group first dibs on the digital magazine it was time to get it out to a wider audience 🤭 so here’s looking forward to many more happy dances….

I’ve just had a lovely holiday full of rest, quality time with the hubby, and plenty of laughter but something else happened too.

For the first time in years, I tested what it really means to work remotely.

Not just checking emails while away. But stepping into a new chapter of working differently.

✨ No clinic to return to.
✨ Flexible calls with my amazing students.
✨ A business model that allows me to support from anywhere.

For years, I dreamed of being location-independent. Of combining my passion for helping foot practitioners grow their business… with the freedom to explore new places (and yes, escape the not-so-perfect UK weather!).

And this holiday made it clear: it’s possible.
The practical bits? Wi-Fi, boundaries, planning ahead, clear systems.
The emotional bits? Trusting myself, letting go of “shoulds”, and embracing a slower, intentional pace.
